jobs, careers or opportunities

What's is a bigger challenge? Being educated, getting educated or educating?
This question is arising from getting educated while attempting to educate to be educated. So, many changes are getting introduced and a larger number of them being incorporated as well, right from the introduction of the grades to increasing the number of attempts to clear the board examinations in class X and XII.
Before welcoming the decisions, let's understand, who are the people deciding on the same and what are the grounds for deciding.
Measures are either populist, objective driven or a simple trial & error. Where do we rank these measures and what are the grounds of the same?
Drawing a parallel to the advanced systems and making attempts to imbibe the best of global practises needs to shed light on the ground realities as to whether our education creates opportunities, jobs, careers or alternatives?
